Amy Lacey turned her mess into her message. Amy's life turned upside down after she had her third child at age 40. She developed blood clots, autoimmune disease and was put on five different medications that left her depressed. After realizing she needed to take her life in her own hands, Amy started to concentrate on the foods that she was eating. This lead her to start making cauliflower pizza crusts and zoodles (zucchini noodles).

Michelle has a very candid conversation and discuss some things that Amy hasn't really spoken about before. They talk about her business venture in New Zealand. Her 5 P's of business success and how she overcame self doubt.

Here are a few takeaways from the episode:

- To heal herself she started eliminating foods and then slowly started to add them back in to see which ones cause inflammation.
- She realized that food can be medicine so that you are healthy enough to get off certain medications.
- In the beginning Amy took her cauliflower pizza crusts and zoodles to farmer's markets. She would sell out of everything.
-2017 she did a video of a customer's story. It went viral and her brand took off.
-Her first business was a breakthrough of fear.
- The 5 P's are what helped her business scale in a big way.
- She has also learned how to turn the negative child's voice that she has off.
