1- Carve Out Focus Time: Consolidate House Work.

3- Outsource: If you have someone who can help with the science project, as someone for help with your child's science project.

4- Recognize Your Focus Patterns and Use Them: Know when you need to take a walk or nap to help with your focus. Take the time to regroup then go back to working and you'll be more productive.

5- Function as a Team: Ask your children to do chores and help out.
