While Dr. Ali Faulkingham was practicing medicine after graduating from Georgetown University she realized the best way she could help her children patience was to was to help their parents. At the same time Dr. Ali wanted more balance in her life and decided to study Eastern medicine and became a teacher a the Deepak Chopra Center. This lead her on a journey to discover how to treat her patients without having to prescribe them medications. 

In today's episode Michelle discusses with Dr. Ali what tools midlife women can use to help them with symptoms from menopause, aging and overall health. Dr. Ali has used Aryurveda to improve her own life and has seen the positive results in many of her patients.
