Have you noticed a few more aches and pains in the morning now that you've hit midlife. Is your body a bit more stiff or have you had a surgery that has left you pain or body parts that aren't working how they should be? In today's episode I speak with Dr. Josh Funk from Rehab2Perform on how we can heal our body's and get rid of joint pain. If we want to be more mobile in our later years, what we do now it of utmost importance!

Here's a few takeaways:
-You need microbreaks throughout the day to help your body with movement. At least one an hour.
- Introduce variety into your routines. Adjust your chair height to make sure you don't have any bent wrist position.
- After your nursing or doctor's shift be sure to more your body in ways that it wasn't moving while you were working.
- There have been surprising revelations with arthritis since the Pandemic that will surprise you!
- Ways to fight stiffness even after surgery.
