In today's episode Michelle is joined by her friend Amy Schmidt to has a Tedx Talk and wrote a book titled: "Cannonball! Fearlessly Facing Fifty." They discuss how to face so many of the challenges we face in midlife: children leaving for college, dealing with aging parents, telling your story and fearlessly facing midlife.

Here are a few of the takesaways:

-We can find the same exhilaration we once had when we were children jumping off the high dive and doing a big splash cannonball into the pool!

-Life will change when your children leave the nest but check in with yourself and realize you've prepared them for this moment.

-Record your aging parents voices to have capture their wisdom.

-Write down your "I am" statements.

-How to harnish your story to discover your superpower.
