In today's episode Michelle speaks with Meaghan B Murphy about her new book "Your Fully Charged Life: A Radically Simple Approach to Having Endless Energy and Filling Every Day with Yay!" Meaghan is an author, editor, podcaster, on-air personality, lifestyle and health expert and a home-hack master. She was recently named Editor in Chief of Woman’s Day the #1 magazine on newsstands. Using her years of experience working in the magazine business (teen people, Cosmopolitan, and Good Housekeeping), Meaghan has been teaching us home-hacks, life-hacks and pretty much every kind of hack. Now Meaghan has written her book that gives us practical advice that teaches us how to live a life filled with Yay!

Meaghan also did this entire interview while in pain. She thought she had broken her arm right before the interview but luckily it turned out that it was sprained. She has grit and resilience and really used her life hacks to complete this wonderful interview!
