  • Find a quiet space in your home that you can declare "This is my office."
  • Make sure you have a good chair and desk because you will get back pain if you work from the couch all day long.
  • Get up and TAKE A SHOWER!
  • Routine, routine, routine! Make sure you get yourself in a routine to be the most productive. 
  • SCHEDULE: start your day making two lists:
    • MUST To Do List
    • Want To Do List
  • Set a timer. Keep yourself on track and focused.
  • When you finish the tasks you've set for yourself to do then you can walk the dog or each lunch. 
  • Set Work Hours:
    • Regular work hours: 7:30am-4:30pm
    • With Children hours: 5:00am-8:00am (3 hrs) nap time (2 hrs) bedtime (3 hrs)
