 In midlife we are juggling so many different responsibilities and often times when a crisis occurs it's us women/moms who are the ones that tackle what needs to get done. I wanted to speak with a someone who has handle many important crises and come out the other side. Chris Colville President/CEO of YMCA of Frederick lead the Y's recovery from not just one flood but two floods that almost closed the Downtown Frederick YMCA. She is currently dealing with the COVID crisis as well. In our interview she breaks down how she makes her quick decisions and how to handle the work/life balance.
