The first half of life is for learning. The second half of life is for living.

The New Mid is a frank, funny look at women in mid-life and their day-to day-struggles and successes, as well as the big stuff - questions about meaning, fulfillment and happiness. It’s a place where women in their 40’s and up are breaking societal boundaries and expectations, while still dealing with real life issues such as caring for aging parents or restarting their careers.  You’ll get real talk with nothing held back about the topics you care about, with experts weighing in on health, sex, finances, relationships and everything in between.

How many of us heard we can't serve other when we pour from an empty cup? What would it be like if our cups were overflowing and we actually served from the saucer? That is what I’m talking about with lifestyle expert Danette May. She is the co-founder and COO of Mindfulness Health and Earth Echo foods, she is the best selling author of The Rise and recently just published her second book Embrace Abundance. She Founder of the Rise Movement and is a motivational speaker and High level executive coach. She’s shared her fitness and nutrition tips on National television on shows like Access Hollywood, Hallmark Channel's Home. Danette is such an inspiration and on the show today we talk about going from an autopilot life to a more intentional life. Getting in touch with her intuition was her super power and lead her to go from only $47 to 8 figures. It wasn’t all easy but Danette believes strongly in living an intentional life with high frequency. And you can’t have high frequency if you don’t truly love yourself.
