During menopause women lose 20 to 25% of their bone density. Muscle strength goes down as the central nervous system will never let your muscles become stronger than what your skeletal system can handle. So what do we do?

In today's episode Michelle speaks with Kyle Zagrodzky who is the Founder and CEO of Osteostrong which is the Ultimate Biohack that helps you with the foundation of your body - the skeletal system. During this interview you'll learn the facts on what is going on in our aging bodies and how you can not only improve but reverse the effects of osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.

Here are a few takeaways:

-Will power can only take you so far when you're working out, dieting and starting a new positive habit.

- You always need to exercise for the benefits that having a daily cardiovascular workout brings. Osteostrong is a great enhancement to those workouts.

- After a six month study on postmenopausal women, 14.7% saw an increase in bone density on average compared to weightlifting and supplements.

- Osteostrong has helped people with their balance, posture and even stopped people from having to do knee replacement surgery.

- Tony Robbins sought out Kyle to find out more about Osteostrong. Tony was so convinced he's not only an investor but also one of Kyle's advisors.
